GMP portal introduced in Geneva
Regional Centre RECETOX co-organized side event together with UNEP and WHO on the Global monitoring plan to the Stockholm Convention on Tuesday 30 April 2013 lunchtime.
Over 100 delegates learned on the project organized by UNEP/DTIE Chemicals Branch in four regions and results of the UNEP/WHO milk survey carried so far including invitation to participate in the forthcoming survey starting in 2014. Finally, Jana Klánová presented management and visualization of data from the 1st GMP data collection including the portal and proposal for 2nd GMP report that will be prepared for COP7 in 2015. As a follow up of this side event a meeting of RECETOX team with WHO representatives on further cooperation and use of relevant portals to show and exchange data from both institutions took place.
